  1. Head to the MS Word App and at the top, choose the Design option
  2. From a Page background section, choose Page Color (hence, various colors will appear, choose a color as per your choice & hover the cursor to check its preview)

However, when satisfied with a color that suits your document and also, you can adjust the margins of a page. Well, if you are interested to print the page then, you can not do this by default. To do so, follow the simple path: click the File option placed at the top left side > choose More from a list of options placed on the left side > tap Options > on a new window, choose Display placed on the left side > on the right side, enable the “Print Background Colors and Images” option > finally, choose OK.
